Cancellation of Course Enrollment
Courses must be pre-paid at the time of registration. We will refund your fee in full if you cancel your registration in writing your registration no later than six weeks prior to the beginning of the course. Be sure to identify who you are, the course and dates for which you are canceling, and the address where we should send your refund.

If you cancel your enrollment at a time less than six weeks prior to the course, you will receive a 30% refund of the fee you paid. Again, you must submit your request in writing.
Transferring Your Enrollment
You may transfer your enrollment to another person at any time prior to the course by notifying us in an e-mail directed to Enrollment. Tell us who you are, the course in which you enrolled and its date, and who will take your place. Provide the person's mailing and e-mail addresses. The substitute attendee is responsible for completing the pre-course assignment, if one is required.
