Terms of Enrollment Policy

Payment

• Courses must be pre-paid at the time of registration.

  Completion of Pre-Course Assignment

• Most courses require the completion of a pre-course assignment. These assignments are brief but important to ensuring that the course meets your needs. If your course requires a pre-course assignment, it will be sent to you within five working days of your registration. You are expected to return it to Vital Enterprises no later than three weeks prior to the date the course begins. The assignment will contain the address to which you should return it.

  Travel and Accommodations

• Neither travel nor accommodations are included in the enrollment fee. You will received guidance about accommodations and travel with the confirmation of your enrollment.

  Transferring Your Enrollment

• You may transfer your enrollment to another person at any time prior to the course by notifying us in an e-mail directed to Services. Tell us who you are, the course in which you enrolled and its date, and who will take your place. Provide the person's mailing and e-mail addresses. The substitute attendee is responsible for completing the pre-course assignment, if one is required.

  Cancellation Policy

• We will refund your fee in full if you cancel your registration in writing no later than six weeks prior to the beginning of the course. Be sure to identify who you are, the course and dates for which you are canceling, and the address where we should send your refund. Send your cancellation notice to:

  If you cancel your enrollment at a time less than six weeks prior to the course, you will receive a 30% refund of the fee you paid. Again, you must submit your request in writing.
