Refunds Policy
Print Products
Vital Enterprises will refund the price of any print product it sells less a $25 restocking fee if:
1. the product is returned with its CD-ROM sleeve unopened (if a CD-ROM is included),
2. the product's condition allows it to be re-sold,
3. the return occurs within 30 days of purchase, and
4. the returned product has a returned merchandise authorization number (RMA).
Vital Enterprises is the sole determiner of whether a returned product is re-sellable.To return a product, send an e-mail to Returns and request a RMA. We will send you a RMA and the location to which you should return the product. Be sure to place the RMA number on the shipping label you use to return the book.
Electronic products are not refundable.
