A way for your web site to generate income by displaying a link to one or more of Vital Enterprises's products. The link may take the form of a banner, a text link, a graphic, or even a JAVA applet.

You display on your web site a link to one or more of our products. Each link takes a visitor from your web site to a page on Vital Enterprises's web site that describes the product identified by the link. Should a visitor from your site buy the product during the session initiated by your link, you earn a commission.

You control what you place on your web site

First, you evaluate our products and decide which products fit your site visitors.

Second, you select the graphic that will be displayed on your web site. Your selection becomes part of the affiliation agreement.

Third, you choose where on your web site you will display the links.

We do require that each display you elect to make be respectful of our product, not make any claims in the name of Vital Enterprises, and not violate good taste.

You may earn up to 20% of the value of sales made to visitors traveling to our web site using one of your assigned links who buy a target product during their visit. You also have the option of sharing that commission with your visitor by taking less and offering a complimentary discount to the person linking from your site.

Easy! Each month, we will send you an accounting for the number of visitors that come to our site using an assigned link from your web site. We will also report the number of units of the target products they bought during the sessions triggered when they linked to us from your web site and the dollar value of those sales.

Contact us and we will send you a copy of the affiliation agreement for your review. Include your web site's URL, your own e-mail address, and telephone number. If you would like us to call you to discuss our Affiliate Program, let us know. Once you receive the affiliation agreement,

1. Review it carefully to understand its requirements.

2. Decide which products Vital Enterprises sells offer value to people visiting your site.

3. Decide which commission and discount split you want.

4. Select the link option graphic you want to use for each product to which your site will link.

5. Contact us with your decisions (products, commission-discount split, display graphic).

We will assign a linking URL for each product you select, test it, prepare Addendum A, and compile the affiliation agreement for your signature. Once the agreement is signed, you may post the display code on your web site and our affiliation begins.
