Purchase Order
US Companies
We ship products in response to a purchase order from your company. To use a Purchase Order (PO), either attach your PO to an e-mail using this e-mail link or fax it to us at 207-763-3710. You may download and use a blank PO in Microsoft Word® format by clicking here should you not have a standard PO of your own. Once your PO is received, we will execute your order. Your products will arrive with an invoice that references your PO and provides the information your accounts payable department requires to make payment to us.
Non-US Companies
For non-US companies, payment in US dollars is required with your purchase order before we will ship your order. Send us your purchase order and contact information. We will compute the shipping cost and notify you. You will revise your PO to cover the products and shipping and send it to us with payment. Once payment is received, we will ship your order. Payment may be made in US funds only by check or money order, or by debit or credit card. Checks or money order should be made to: Vital Enterprises, One Winning Way, Hope, Maine 04847 USA. Pay by Check or Money Order
If you are not a company but prefer to pay for your products by check or money order, use our blank purchase order to tell us who you are, what products you want to order, and how you wish them shipped. Fill in all the information requested on the purchase order. Check it to make sure that you have supplied complete billing, shipping, and contact information. When you are done, either attach your PO to an e-mail directed to products@vitalentusa.com or fax it to us at 207-763-3710. As an individual purchaser, we do not need a Tax ID. Also, enter your name wherever the form requests the name of your company.
